MIT’s Research Science Institute (RSI) released its admission decisions yesterday. Kudos to our student! This year, eighty high school juniors are chosen for their “superior achievement and leadership in math, science and engineering.” About one third of admitted students are from abroad and two thirds from the U.S. RSI, a six-week summer research program is part of Center for Excellence in Education (CEE), a federally and privately funded non-profit organization based in Washington D.C.

RSI usually admits 1-2 students from each of the 50 states plus international students.
